pathos -> relating feelings or suffering.
idein -> idea ; Mind

So, a person with this ability could be called teleidein? or telemindic?.
A tele-psychic? a telepsych?

Thanks Deb. You know, coming upon the word in isolation, it sounds better than when i first wrote it. Good title for a sci-fi book! And did you notice that you rhymed? :-P
